yep, well ben is renting right now and then we'll sell our house at the begining of the year. My sis-in-law lives in the basement and is going to have her baby any day now. So we didn't want to stress them out with a move until after the baby and the holidays. Hopefully it won't take that long to sell. Then we'll buy down there somewhere. :]
