This is what happens when you neglect your garden for awhile.

We got a few of those too. they are actually the perfect size for zucchini relish! we made some today and it turned out so yummy! I am kind of shocked as to how many different things you can actually do with zucchini. Oh you should freeze it so you can make zucchini bread in the dead of winter;)

My friend was telling me about how you can make canned pinapple out of zucchini, since it takes on the taste of whatever it is with. I also have a great recipe for zucchini brownies :)

LOL! That only happens when the snails don't eat your garden. All our tomatoes are gone and several other things were eaten too. We gave up on our garden. Only thing we've gotten is jalapeƱos and onions.

That is awesome. I love zucchini, and my kids are big fans of zucchini bread. We love to fry them on the grill with season salt, its very yummy!

...and zucchini fritters, grilled zucchini, zucchini muffins, zucchini brownies....

Yeah, we've had a few of those too! But thanks to those huge zucchinis, our freezer is well stocked with zucchini bread and muffins which make for a quick and healthy breakfast on a busy school morning!

(I have a healthy recipe. I thaw the bread or muffins the night before, boil a few eggs, give 'em some milk and ta-da! There is breakfast!)

Huh. The word verification is cereal. That would work for a quick breakfast too! ;)
