I know the feeling. Samantha watches me as I do my exercises. As I do Squats she'll do them with me. She has no problem squatting and just sitting there then standing back up. She laughs as she does them too. She thinks its a game!

Same goes for me, I wish I could even just touch my toes at this point!

and what i bet you could do anything is you stretched and tried!!
WE all do! I still remember the days when we could do that without breaking a sweat (or breaking any other part of our body)...
