Kevin and I are shocked, we were expecting another boy. Boys are more prevalent in his family. Thankfully everything looks great, she's healthy. We are very excited for a new angel to come be part of our family.

Our house is still for sale by owner because my parents live there and are showing it... but we will most likely list with a realtor soon. It would help to have our house on the MLS so that people that don't live there can see it online. I have put it on Craigslist and in the Herald Journal but we haven't had much luck. Hopefully it will sell soon... it is hard paying rent AND mortgage AND double utilities!
