I have never been so offended! They act like it's not that big of deal but they make you go through it again and again!!! I'm tired of it and I'm putting my foot down. They need to just get a new one because the darn scales at the women's center LIE!!! How could I put on 12 pounds in a month! It's a conspiracy I tell you!!!
PS. There is no stinking way I'm giving up chocolate!!
PPS. Tina we may need to speed walk in the mornings or walk more.....sigh..
I'm doomed with Halloween coming up....ahh the candy.

I often feel as if I'm moving in slow motion. But there is so much to get
done in a full day. For me, one day ends up feeling like three separate
days. Gon...

Speed walking it is! LOL! Glad to see that your appointment went well today.
I wouldn't give up the chocolate either. :)
Ah, throw caution to the wind...
You can always work it off later!
Remember...Marilyn Monroe was a size 14! ;o)
I agree with Marianne! That's my attitude with this pregnancy. I have so enjoyed having jam on toast and not even thinking of the calories. And yes, we have to have out chocolate.
Hahaha, just think that it's all the baby! Yes, this beautiful baby will be 12+pounds. Okay, that probably doesn't make you feel better but at least your pregnant while you're gaining the weight. It will be alright.
Oh! NEVER give up chocolate! You're right...the scale lies...even when you're not pregnant! Who knows?! You might have a 65 pound baby!
Oh Sandra,
You poor thing. You are sooooooooooo funny. I do not envy you at all. Just think it will all end soon and then you will have a wonderful gift. Enjoy all the chocolate for me.
I hate the scales too! I was looking at your blog list, and I saw Tina's (Rawlins) blog. How are you related? She lived not far from me growing up. We were friends through high school. Anyway, it was cute to see her girls. Its funny what a small world it is.
Hilarious!! Here's a little something that might make you feel better. When I'm pregnant - I lose weight. Seems like a dream come true right? Not so fast. After I have the baby I gain weight - and really it's probably the same amount of weight I should have gained while pregnant. So...from my perspective, you're one of the lucky ones. At least you have a chance to lose it once the baby is born!! I'm just doomed.
Okay I so fell your pain. When I was pregnant with Reagan I went to my appointment and got on the dreaded scale and I saw the number and said oh my gosh I only gained two pounds and the nurse looked at me with big surprised eyes and said Brandi you gained 12. I just sat down and cried. So yeah I totally know how that feels. But you are so fast at looking so great fast after the baby so eat all the chocolate and halloween candy you want.
No worries about the weight. I once gained 7 lbs in a week -- A WEEK!!!! But did that stop me from having ice cream every night before bed? NO WAY!!! You look fantastic, don't worry about it ;)
